Mountain Valley School District Re-1 is located in the town of Saguache in Saguache County, Colorado. The District provides education for Pre-Kindergarten through twelfth grade. We are a small, rural district with enrollments around 125 students.

We are committed to being transparent about how tax dollars are spent to benefit our students.

In order to meet the requirements of Article 44, Title 22 of the Colorado Revised Statutes, The Public School Financial Transparency Act, we have posted the following items:

• Annual adopted budgets (due by June 30 each year)

• Annual amended budgets (due by January 31 each year)

• Annual financial statements (due by December 31 each year)

• Quarterly financial reports

• Investment information
